Paramount Gold Announces Results of 2022 Annual Meeting

On Dec. 15, 2022, Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. (NYSE American: PZG) announced the results of the votes from its annual general meeting of the stockholders which was held on December 13, 2022. There were 46,932,378 shares outstanding and entitled to vote at the meeting as of the record date of October 17, 2022, of which, 22,925,414 shares or 48.85 % voted.

The stockholders elected the following seven individuals to Paramount’s Board of Directors for a one year term expiring at the 2023 Annual General Meeting: Rudi Fronk, Glen Van Treek, Rachel Goldman, Christopher Reynolds, John Carden, Eliseo Gonzalez-Urien, Pierre Pelletier and Samantha Espley.
