Here at MicroCapCompany.com we rarely speak about actual companies, rather we try to educate the world about the business side, trading, legal and other areas within Micro Cap Land.  As a fanatic of solid investments and the stock market, We came across two companies that are hidden gems in the micro cap sector….mainly because they are not penny stocks…bu they are considered by most firms as micro cap companies.  We neither own or have owned either of these stocks at the time of writing this article.  But may purchase in the near future.

This is NOT a buy or sell recommendation, just ran across these companies and like the Intellectual Property they own, as well as the dividends they pay out, which is rare for micro cap companies.

Lifetime Brands Inc (NASDAQ:LCUT)
If you check out the portfolio of goods they have for sale you are sure to have some in your house already.  This company designs, develops and markets thousands of quality products each year for more than 30 trusted brands, including Mikasa®, KitchenAid®, Farberware®, Cuisinart®, Wallace® and Pfaltzgraff®.   The company also signed a deal with Guy Fieri.  Guy Fieri, the electrifying television personality and star of Food Network shows has signed on with Lifetime Brands to develop an exciting line of cookware, kitchen gadgets, cutlery, cutting boards, pantryware, and tabletop items that bring Guy’s larger‐than‐life personality and culinary creativity to home kitchens.

Acme United Corporation (NYSEMKT:ACU)
If you are sending your kids back to school with school supplies, then you probably purchased some of ACME United’s products.  The company owns brands and manufacturers of rulers, scissors and more.  It also houses a variety of medical supply brands and knife brand companies in its’ holdings.  Brands include Westcott, PhysiciansCare, Clauss and more. Acme United Corporation is a leading worldwide supplier of Innovative Branded cutting, measuring and safety products in the school, home, office, hardware & industrial markets. The company has facilities in the United States, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong and China.

AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A BUY OR SELL RECOMMENDATION…..

If you are searching for micro cap companies that pay a dividend, these two are worth a look.  Micro Cap Companies are extremely risky and investing in stocks in general should be left to a professional.
